In addition to the salaries, certificated administrators receive:
$4,000 for professional improvement. "The purpose of this fund is to support the administrator’s professional growth and improvement, and may be used to cover costs related to professional development activities such as workshops, graduate courses, coaching/mentoring services, professional conferences, professional books and materials, technology, and other equipment, and professional association memberships."
